Jim Sabino - President/Manager
Providing our organization with leadership and vision, Jim brings to The Design Build Group the benefit of his formal education at Kent State University and 19+ years experience in the commercial construction industry. From several years experience in the field as a craftsperson to his experience as a foreman, field superintendent, and Vice President of Operations of a local construction firm, Jim lends not just his leadership skills, but his strong working knowledge of all aspects of the commercial construction industry and processes. At The Design Build Group, Jim is directly responsible for company operations and oversees the collective efforts of our project management, design development, and field supervision teams. Through meticulous project budgeting, forecasting, and job cost tracking, he ensures that each project will be on schedule and within the project parameters.
Michael Ingram - Vice President/Manager
As a North Carolina native and graduate of East Carolina University, Mike brings to The Design Build Group his superior management skills, design development, and construction experience. Drawing upon his many years of experience in construction management, scheduling, and the owner's representation sector, Mike gives us the unique ability to fully understand and appreciate the construction process from the Owner's Point of View as well as that of the construction professional. With these special talents, interests, and abilities, Mike is our company's liaison, working with all clients, design affiliates, and our selected craftsman and employees to coordinate and schedule everyone's efforts and expertise, thus ensuring smooth, worry-free completion of all our projects.
Jerry White - General Superintendent
A native of Syracuse, New York, Jerry relocated to North Carolina in 1994. His 18 years of experience in commercial construction has proved to be a valuable asset to The Design Build Group. Using his hands on approach, Jerry, a skilled carpenter, affords our team an extreme attention to detail ensuring the level of quality for which we have become known. Jerry has successfully supervised many projects throughout the state. Jerry has been with our firm since 2004.
