When asked
to develop a prototype flex building that could be used as a standard shell
building to be proposed on multiple sites, we resonded with a simple brick and
EIFS exterior design that can be scaled up or down depending on the market.
This initial flex shell building totaling 8,250 sf, is located in Henderson NC and is to be phase one of a complete renovation of the existing Vance Square Shopping Center. Features include partial height brick veneer with EIFS parapets, storefront glass, and standing seam roofing. To maximize flexibility for future tenant build outs, plumbing and electrical stubs were roughed in at each potential space and the floor slab has been left open.
