This initial shell flex building renovation at East Industry Drive Business Park, in Oxford, NC, consists of the rehabilitation and expansion of an existing 20,000 sf lumber yard, warehouse, and surrounding site. Improvements included the demolition of the existing metal panels and interior offices, expansion of the exterior endwall, addition of accent masonry and new premium metal wall panels. New storefront openings were added with canvas awnings above storefronts. Site improvements included expanded asphalt and concrete aprons and new sidewalks.

Additional development of the remaiing buildings and site will be performed at a later date.
