We welcomed the opportunity to assist with the redesign, expansion and renovation of a 28,000 sf existing facility for Accent Imaging’s new corporate headquarters. Working with the Owner’s conceptual design, we reprogrammed the project to fit the proposed budget while maintaining as many of the desired conceptual features as possible.

Exterior improvements were limited to a parking lot expansion, exterior painting, and building utility upgrades. The interior of the building was completely demolished, expanded to maximize space, and reconfigured for office, sales, warehouse, and production areas. Key features include the addition of an elevator, freight lift, and an open floor entry feature to the lower level. Upgraded finishes such as terrazzo, marble, glass, and stainless steel provide the corporate feel desired by the Owner.
