This project was a typical lease renewal renovation. Tenant upgrades, improvements, and repairs must be made while the tenant occupies the building. Improvements made at this location included total repainting of all interior and exterior surfaces with Low VOC paints, stainless steel turn stile installation for added security, replacement of carpet with carpet tiles using the lift system to avoid cubicle teardown, and other miscellaneous repairs.
Exterior improvements include parking lot repairs and rehabilitation as well as correction of existing drainage issues.
