This rehabilitaton project consisted of the conversion of approximately 35,000 S.F. of existing retail and business space into 150 climate controlled self storage units of various sizes.

Features include demolition of existing spaces, new carpeted floors, new HVAC systems (80 tons total), electrical system reconfiguration, sprinkler system upgrade and reconfiguration, installation of 150 premium interior hallway storage units with full liner panels, kick plates and premium roll-up doors. Other improvements included a new office area, handicapped loading dock, and parking lot improvements.
