Design and construction services were
provided for this challenging lot, located on Aversboro Rd. in Garner. The new
7,000 -square-foot shell lease building incorporates the economy of a
Pre-engineered infrastructure and standing seam roofing along with the richness
of multi color brick veneer and panelized details. Special consideration was
paid to the exterior of this building since it is free standing in front of an
existing shopping center and visible from all sides.
Features include:
American Buildings steel frames with high clearance for future tenants and
standing seam roofing. Parapets on all sides screen future roof top equipment
while meeting the stringent local appearance regulations. To ease the burden of
future tenant build outs, flexibility was designed in from the beginning
incorporating plumbing, electrical, and mechanical stubs at each potential
space. A step in the building floor slab was added to offer a cost effective
solution to the challenging site. |
