This renovation and addition project
consist of the conversion of approximately 2,000 SF of finished and unfinished
living space to provide a more usable and open space to this estate
home.
Features include the addition of a gaming, entertainment, and
exercise room. Decorative lay-in steel ceilings were installed to provide
access to existing utilities. Custom millwork, trim and wall finishes were
provided. New tile flooring installed in addition and on outdoor veranda and
stairs. Heating and cooling upgrades were made as well as the addition of a wet
bar. Other items included the replacement of all door hardware and several bath
fixtures as well as new wall treatments in most of the remaining areas.
